The Founder’s Journey

Nilay Gülay is a globally recognised Transformational Coach, Career Strategist and Quantum Mastery Expert with 15+ years experience in human relations and business development, specialising in consulting, executive search, headhunting, and career coaching.

Throughout her entrepreneurial journey, Nilay has worked with global Fortune 500 companies, high-growth tech ventures and industry pioneers, identifying and empowering visionary leaders who are shaping the future of business and innovation.

Her expertise extends beyond traditional leadership. Nilay has spent years refining a holistic, future-focused methodologies that bridges the gap between science and spirituality. Integrating social science, humanities, neuroscience and quantum theories with systemic coaching, covering trauma-informed somatic practices such as breathwork, energy healing sessions and soul map readings in her programs. Her approach unlocks profound transformation by aligning the mind, body and soul, empowering leaders to operate from intuition, clarity and inner mastery. 

Through her work, Nilay saw a common pattern among high achievers: immense external success but an internal disconnect between ambition and fulfillment, strategy and intuition, wealth and purpose. This insight led her to the creation of Global WoMen Circle, a next-gen coaching and consulting firm for leaders, disruptors and changemakers who seek to explore deep inner transformation to succeed in business & life, aligning with their true  purpose and leaving a lasting impact while our New Earth is evolving.

The name "Global WoMen Circle" reflects the unity and balance of feminine and masculine energies, represented by the capital "M" at its heart. It symbolizes inclusivity, collaboration, and the interconnectedness of all people, regardless of gender, while honoring the creative power of women as nurturers of life and leaders of change.
