The Founder’s Journey

Nilay Gülay is the Founder of Global WoMen Circle, New Earth Architect & Connector and Transformational Coach.

Her work was shaped by two worlds: high trust business environments and deep human transformation.

Before creating Global WoMen Circle, Nilay spent more than 20 years across human relations, business development, executive search, sales leadership, career coaching and consulting. She worked with Fortune 500 companies, luxury and hospitality groups, high growth technology ventures, founders, investors and international teams across Berlin, London, Silicon Valley and global markets.

Nilay is a globally awarded recruitment consultant. As a Chief Recruitment Officer and HR Executive, she supported M&A projects, global expansion projects, C-Level and senior technology hiring, AI and automation projects, and future focused business strategies.

Career coaching has been part of her work since 2012. Long before Global WoMen Circle was created, Nilay supported professionals, leaders and founders as they navigated career changes, personal growth and periods of transition. Over time, she saw a pattern many successful people know but rarely speak about: external growth can happen while inner alignment disappears.

This insight became the deeper foundation of Global WoMen Circle.

Today, her work brings together business architecture, talent advisory, identity coaching and breathwork experiences to support people, ventures and communities building with clarity, purpose and human impact.

For Nilay, New Earth is not an abstract idea. It means consciously creating a future where technology serves humanity, business serves life and human connection becomes central again.

The name Global WoMen Circle reflects the unity of feminine and masculine energies, represented by the capital M at its heart. It stands for inclusion, collaboration and the interconnectedness of all people.

Nilay is here for people and projects who know that success is not the final destination. It is the beginning of a deeper responsibility: to use their influence, work and wealth in service of life, humanity and the future we are here to co-create.
