The Founder’s Journey

Nilay Gülay, Founder of Global WoMen Circle, has always been drawn to people: to who they are beneath roles and expectations, to the gifts they carry, and to what becomes possible when they recognise their own potential and the right people come together.

Born and raised in Berlin with Turkish roots, Nilay grew up between cultures. Learning to see the world through more than one perspective became part of her story long before her work took her across global markets.

That instinct followed her into business. For more than 20 years, she worked in business development and sales and, from 2011, in executive search, headhunting, career coaching and leadership consulting. Her path took her from Berlin and London to Silicon Valley to Bali, working with start-ups, Fortune 500 companies and high growth technology ventures through periods of expansion, M&A and transformation.

Having led at executive level herself, Nilay experienced both the possibilities of leadership and the hidden dynamics behind conventional success. At the same time, her inner path had always been part of her life. Long before transformation became part of her work, it was how she lived. For more than two decades, movement, breathwork and spiritual practice shaped her relationship with the body, consciousness and inner truth.

Her work as a Transformational Coach now brings this lived HR and leadership foundation together with psychology, neuroscience, systemic coaching, trauma informed somatic work and energy healing. She calls this bridge between science and spirituality “Quantum Mastery”.

Today, this work also comes alive through the Psychedelic Breath® journeys and healing experiences she creates, inviting people into deeper connection with themselves and one another.

Across industries, cultures and levels of success, Nilay recognised the same pattern: people could know how to achieve, build and lead, yet still lose connection with themselves. They did not simply want more success. They wanted success that felt true.

Global WoMen Circle was not a departure from Nilay’s business world. It was the moment her worlds became one.

As a New Earth Architect & Connector, Nilay brings business architecture and human transformation together. She connects founders and New Earth ventures with aligned investors and strategic partners, while cultivating communities where meaningful ideas, relationships and collaborations can grow.

The capital M in Global WoMen Circle represents the balance of feminine and masculine energies. It honours inclusion, interconnectedness and the creative power of women as guardians of life and catalysts for transformation.

For Nilay, New Earth is not an abstract spiritual idea. It is what we create when people remember who they are, bring their gifts into the world and consciously build the future together.
